Front Row Seat Creating: a Welcoming Environment

There is a unique and awful feeling when we realize we are in a place where
we just do not belong. Church should be the very last place anyone should
experience that feeling. This session will cover some practical steps leaders
can take to make their class not only less intimidating for new people but a
powerful growth engine for helping a large new place feel like “home.”
